Henderson: We will not compromise with Roma in the Champions League

LONDON (Reuters) - England captain Gordon Henderson has confirmed his team will not wait to face Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final

He said in a press statement that the team would take the match as important as being the Champions League semi-final and the way to get the title

Henderson said: We will definitely underestimate Rome. They beat Barcelona with three clean goals and they are a top team. It will be a tough game at home and away

I've seen them a few times this season, they have great players, and a team that is more than good, will certainly be a tough test

This is the custom in the Champions League semi-final but it is a challenge for us, and we enter the meeting with great confidence because of what we have recently presented

Liverpool will face Roma at Olympico on Tuesday in the Champions League semi-final after beating Manchester City in the Round of Eight
